E-Passes Terms and Conditions

• All Sales are FINAL.
• All E-Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• The person in whose name the E-Pass is issued must also be present at the door with valid photo ID.
• A printout of E-Pass and order receipt issued by Zankar Group RVA should be produced at the venue.
• In case of event being cancelled/postponed Zankar Group RVA will refund only the face value of the E-Pass and NOT the convenience fees.
• Any failure to provide E-Pass, proper identification OR payment receipt printout may result in the denial of admission without any refund.
• You are agreeing to receive emails with news and announcement  from Zankar Group RVA.
